Powder Coating is the process of spraying electro statically charged paint in powder form onto Aluminium extrusions. The pre-treatment process involves removing dust, grease, and any other foreign particles to ensure good adhesion and bonding of Powder. The Powder is sprayed through an electrostatic spray gun. The positive charge makes the powder bond with an electrically-grounded extrusions. The powder coated extrusions are cured in a large curing oven. The oven bakes the extrusions to have a uniformly-melted coating. The extrusions are cooled naturally to have a smooth, hardened coating.
